Dataciders is hiring a Fleet Manager in Dortmund to establish and manage a group-wide fleet covering approximately 100 leased vehicles across multiple German sites. The role covers vehicle-lifecycle processes, leasing, service, insurance, compliance, fleet software, reporting, KPIs, cost optimization, budget control, and mobility policy development. Candidates need several years of fleet-management experience, preferably in a medium-sized or international environment, along with knowledge of larger vehicle fleets, leasing, contract management, cost structures, process optimization, and stakeholder communication.
