Description
The Wildlife Biologist will serve as a temporary GS-09 employee at Joshua Tree National Park, developing and implementing wildlife programs, conducting biological surveys, monitoring wildlife populations and human-wildlife interactions, leading wildlife-management activities, and providing education and outreach. The position is expected to last one year and may be extended up to two years based on agency needs and funding. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, meet the specified biological-science education or education-and-experience requirements, and satisfy the GS-09 specialized-experience or graduate-education qualifications.
