The role supports fulfillment operations through data collection, validation, reconciliation, and analysis; inventory and order-file monitoring; issue investigation and resolution; ticketing support; and cross-functional process improvement. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, Excel, and stakeholder-communication skills, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred and five years of related experience preferred.
