SRS Acquiom is hiring an M&A Fulfillment Specialist to disseminate confidential deal information, prepare security-holder solicitations, interpret capitalization tables and legal documents, build online document templates, send mass announcements, reconcile deal packets, manage deposits and omnibus accounts, and support escrow releases and transaction closings. The role reports to Fulfillment Managers and is available as a hybrid position from the Denver office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States. Candidates need 2–5 years of related business operations or production experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The salary range is $65,000 to $73,000, and visa sponsorship is not available.
