eJam, a rapidly expanding consumer products company, seeks a Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator. This role involves overseeing daily order processing, SKU and catalog management, and fulfillment reporting across various brands. The coordinator will utilize Shopify and ShipStation for order routing and management, handle fulfillment exceptions by coordinating with third-party logistics partners, and ensure accurate catalog maintenance. Additionally, the role includes publishing fulfillment reports and providing support for customer service inquiries related to tracking and delivery issues.
