Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Program Manager to lead and scale service fulfillment and logistics operations in Taiwan. The role covers end-to-end installation, field service, parts logistics, returns, depot repair, SLA and cost performance, 3PL and carrier management, inventory and capacity planning, system and change management, and business continuity. It requires at least 8 years of program or operations management experience in fulfillment, logistics, field service, or service operations, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong cross-functional, vendor, data, and process-improvement capabilities.
