Description
The role is a Lowe’s fulfillment associate responsible for picking, staging, validating, and fulfilling customer orders across pickup, install, delivery, same-day, and curbside channels. The position also handles customer and associate questions, escalations, inventory and SIMS compliance, safety and equipment maintenance, scheduling support, and fulfillment-area organization. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, six months of computer experience, one year of retail customer-service experience, and certification in counterbalance forklift, narrow-aisle reach-truck, and order-picker equipment.
