ShipBob is hiring a Fulfillment Center Manager in Fort Worth, Texas, to oversee distribution, customer service, human resources, recruiting, safety, quality, and operational KPIs. The role manages and develops facility staff, supports revenue and productivity goals, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations. It requires at least four years of leadership experience, physical ability to work an eight- to 10-hour shift, and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; a related degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $85,000 to $90,000, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid leave, a 401(k) match, and discretionary bonus eligibility.
