Description
Great Northern is hiring a Fulfillment - Line Leader to assist the Fulfillment Supervisor with fulfillment personnel, maintain quality control, follow housekeeping and maintenance programs, train personnel, participate in safety programs, and fill in as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, one to two years of manufacturing or leadership experience, English proficiency, mathematical calculation ability, and color identification. The schedule includes Monday through Friday shifts from 5:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Monday through Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a $1.50 hourly shift differential for second and third shifts.
