Description
The Fulfillment Manager oversees daily fulfillment, project fulfillment, and logistics operations, including labor planning, scheduling, on-time shipment performance, shipping accuracy, freight and parcel costs, inventory accuracy, carrier management, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement. The role supervises and develops fulfillment and logistics team members, leads recruiting and performance management, and reports department KPIs to leadership. It is a warehouse-based position with a flexible eight-hour shift, Monday through Friday, and may include weekend shifts.
