Description
The Fulfillment Professional supports Bloomingdale’s stores by greeting customers, searching and picking merchandise for in-store pick-up orders, applying packing policies, and assisting with customer and support functions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, independent and teamwork ability, and availability for flexible retail hours. Physical duties include prolonged standing or walking, reaching, crouching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using computers and handheld electronic equipment.
