The role supervises and trains a bilingual English-Spanish team, resolves operational issues, tracks performance metrics with Tableau and Google Sheets, prepares end-of-shift reports, and enforces SOPs. Candidates need at least two years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics, proficiency with Google Sheets, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
