Flex is hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, to oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components, and equipment; manage a team of buyers; coordinate supply-chain activities; approve purchase orders; monitor inventory, supplier performance, MRP execution, costs, and delivery; and support supplier and workforce management. The role reports to the Senior Materials Manager and requires a degree in logistics or a related field, at least three years of managerial experience in logistics or purchasing, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
