The Warehousing and Lineside Fulfillment Supervisor leads daily fulfillment activities in warehousing and lineside operations, monitors safe working conditions, productivity, attendance, and compliance, reports on goals and metrics, trains a cross-trained team, identifies continuous-improvement opportunities, and audits processes to improve material flow and reduce errors. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of related experience, and supervisory experience is preferred; Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge are mentioned, with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
