Description
Amazon is hiring a Fulfillment Systems Engineer to design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution systems using automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics. The role owns projects from concept through design approval, serves as the primary technical contact for suppliers, and supports installation, commissioning, and launch. Projects may include green-field, brown-field, and retrofit facilities, including highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers. The position requires engineering project-management experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and at least three years of relevant design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience.
