Description
The Fulfilment Engineer configures, integrates, tests, documents, and prepares customer-specific products for delivery after manufacturing. The role works with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, and Customer Support teams to validate requirements, troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, maintain product traceability, support new product introduction, and contribute to quality and throughput improvements. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's, associate, technical certification, or equivalent experience, plus 2–5 years of technical fulfilment, systems integration, manufacturing, service delivery, or engineering experience, along with hardware, software, firmware, networking, testing, and configuration-management skills.
