The Fulfilment Operations Manager leads end-to-end daily fulfilment operations across inbound, replenishment, warehousing, order fulfillment, and outbound activities. The role manages capacity planning, operational improvements, technology adoption, transport partnerships, compliance, sustainability, and the development of a high-performing operations team. It is a permanent, 40-hour-per-week position requiring evening and weekend availability, with a pay range of $89,487 to $128,414 and benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.
