The Technical University of Munich Legal Office is hiring a Full Attorney (Qualified Lawyer) for a fixed-term two-year engagement, initially on a full-time or part-time basis. The role covers legal drafting, review, and negotiation of research, cooperation, sponsorship, licensing, and other university-related contracts; analysis of research contract law, civil, administrative, criminal, copyright, patent, licensing, employee-invention, EU state aid, and information technology law; and advice to university bodies, facilities, and researchers. Applicants need German legal state examinations, preferably with honors, along with structured problem-solving, negotiation, English, teamwork, and independent-work skills. The position is based in Munich-Maxvorstadt and offers flexible working hours and limited remote work.
