Description
Axon is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to manage recruitment from sourcing through offer for hiring teams across the business. The role supports sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, reporting, candidate experience, DEI initiatives, and concurrent searches, and reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. It is based at Axon’s Scottsdale headquarters on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Monday, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
