Axon is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to manage recruitment from sourcing through offer for hiring teams across the business. The role supports sourcing, candidate pipelines, reporting, candidate experience, DEI strategies, and concurrent searches, and reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. It is based in the Boston, Massachusetts hub on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Monday, and offers a base pay range of $85,000 to $136,000 USD plus benefits.
