Description
Blacksmith is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to own recruiting for growth and operations roles across its GTM and business teams. The role will build outbound sourcing from scratch, partner with founders on talent standards, balance quality with hiring velocity, advise the business on talent markets, and develop a network and employer brand. Candidates should have at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced startup environments, a strong track record of hiring exceptional talent, and sourcing expertise for technical or infrastructure products.
