Description
Browserbase is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to support its growing business and go-to-market teams. The role owns recruiting processes from intake through sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and close; builds structured interview loops, scorecards, interviewer training, referral activation, and candidate experience standards; and develops metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers on role scoping, compensation positioning, and interview design while maintaining diverse, fair pipelines. The position is based in San Francisco and requires in-person work four days per week.
