Description
DualEntry is hiring a full-cycle recruiter to build and execute its recruiting strategy across GTM, Operations, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles. The role partners with founders and hiring managers, sources and closes candidates, owns the candidate experience and employer brand, and builds pipeline reporting and analytics. It requires at least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups, strong sourcing expertise, and analytical ability. The position offers a base salary of $130,000–$200,000, equity, variable compensation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and visa and permanent residence sponsorship.
