Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Full Cycle Recruiter to source, screen, interview, manage, and place Latin American talent for U.S.-based marketing, operations, and creative clients. The role requires at least three years of sourcing and recruiting experience, proficiency with sourcing tools, structured behavioral interviewing, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and strong organizational and reporting skills. It is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America, with an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time schedule, $1,300 base plus commissions, on-target earnings of $2,375, and global health insurance.
