Candidates should have a proven track record sourcing and closing engineering talent, preferably 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, strong Boolean and sourcing skills, and fluency with AI recruiting tools. The role offers $155,000–$170,000 in compensation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.
