Relativity Space is hiring a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support Hardware Engineering. The role partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify talent, develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, manage the full hiring process, improve recruiting processes, and advocate for a strong candidate experience. It is a fully onsite position based at the company’s Long Beach headquarters, requiring five days per week, and requires at least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling organizations.
