Description
The Technical University of Munich is seeking a Full Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and services to university units, committees, and the university executive board. The role covers drafting and negotiating research, cooperation, confidentiality, licensing, employment, sponsorship, grant, data transfer, and purchase agreements; handling research contract law, civil, copyright, patent, licensing, employee invention, EU state aid, and information technology law; managing court proceedings and opposition decisions; and advising on company and association law. The position is full-time or part-time, based in Munich, and offers flexible working hours and limited remote work.
