Description
Evolent is hiring an AI Services Engineer to build and operate LLM-based service engines and agents for healthcare workflows, including FHIR Prior Authorization Support payloads, synchronous AI workloads, Azure OpenAI integration, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python, RESTful API and microservices experience, and LLM API integration experience. Preferred qualifications include FHIR, agentic AI, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and healthcare engineering experience. The expected base salary is $115,000–$135,000, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance.
