Description
TouchCare is hiring its first internal Full Stack AI Engineer to rebuild and maintain production platforms in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment. The role focuses on autonomous healthcare navigation agents, internal ticketing and messaging systems, AI infrastructure, observability, and full-stack feature development across Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GCP, and related tools. The engineer will work directly with the COO and partner with external engineering teams, requiring 3–6 years of software engineering experience, full-stack capability, production experience, and experience in a regulated environment. The position is based in Stamford, Connecticut, onsite five days per week, with a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
