DRW is hiring a Full Stack AI Software Developer for its AI and systematic multi-asset strategies team in Montreal. The role focuses on building scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure, including RAG architectures, LLM evaluation frameworks, and agentic AI systems, while collaborating with traders, researchers, and engineers. Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, production deployment, monitoring, code quality, and technology research. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, 4 to 7+ years of production software development experience, strong full-stack and distributed systems expertise, Python proficiency, and experience with AI/LLM technologies and related infrastructure.
