Citi is hiring a full-time Application Development Technology Lead in Belfast to design, build, and enhance Java backend services and Python-enabled components for enterprise-scale Source to Pay applications. The role owns end-to-end feature delivery, collaborates with global technology and business teams, applies agile engineering practices, integrates GenAI and LLM capabilities, mentors developers, and ensures applications meet security, stability, and control standards. Candidates need strong Java and Spring Boot experience, Python or willingness to ramp up, full-stack exposure, Agile/Scrum experience, cloud-native architecture knowledge, and strong communication skills.
