Description
NFS is hiring a Staff Full-Stack BI Engineer in Windsor on a hybrid basis to lead the transition from a SQL Server-centric environment to a modern Azure Databricks and Python platform while maintaining Power BI delivery. The role owns complex data products, architects cloud-native lakehouse standards, rationalizes KPIs, governs access and security, partners with senior business stakeholders, and mentors engineers. Candidates need significant BI or data engineering experience, hands-on Azure Databricks production experience, advanced Power BI skills, and domain expertise in performance marketing analytics or call centre operations; Azure Databricks certifications are required.
