Description
The Data Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines, cloud-native applications, REST APIs, and web applications for BioIntelliSense’s internal and external data platform. The role focuses on Python, Databricks, AWS, ETL/ELT, data validation, and clinical data workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in engineering on-call rotation. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and prior software development experience are required; AWS/GCP, Databricks, Terraform, and CI/CD familiarity are preferred.
