Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is hiring a Full Stack Developer for the Veterans Affairs department on a 100% U.S.-based remote W-2 basis. The role focuses on building, supporting, and migrating a cloud-based web dashboard for healthcare EDI transactions, designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS, integrating Angular front-end components, and collaborating with back-end and AWS engineers. The position requires 8+ years of software development and API experience, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.
