OPTOMAN is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain internal web applications for orders, production, delivery, reporting, and other core operations. The role requires full-stack development with Angular and Python, cloud experience, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, SQL, automated testing, CI/CD, and daily use of AI coding tools. The position is based in Vilnius with a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office and three days remotely, and includes health insurance, paid leave, stock options, learning support, and other benefits.
