Description
The Intermediate Software Developer will design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable frontend and backend software for the Race Roster product. The role contributes to architecture and design discussions, mentors junior developers, conducts code reviews, collaborates with product owners and stakeholders, optimizes application performance, and reduces technical debt. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least three years of software development experience, with work available remotely from Canada, hybrid from within 75 km of the London, Ontario office, or in-office in London, Ontario.
