Blend360 is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead architecture and delivery across multiple Intelligent Applications workstreams. The role defines reference architectures, standards, quality gates, and reusable accelerators; leads UI/API/data and SQL performance decisions; operationalizes CI/CD, containerization, observability, security, and LLM/agent workflows; and coaches senior and mid-level engineers. The position requires 6–8+ years of equivalent experience or demonstrated staff-level impact, multi-team technical leadership, full-stack architecture expertise, and experience shipping production LLM systems with AI-assisted development governance. The starting pay range is $125,000–$180,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
