Description
The Software Engineering Manager supports software engineers in developing products and solutions, provides guidance and code reviews, mentors team members, and contributes to software engineering strategy. The role also manages project tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 6+ years of industry experience including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role, programming and debugging skills, and prior leadership or mentoring experience.
