Edgehog Trading is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build real-time user interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools for market activity, system performance, and trading operations. The role involves collaborating with traders, quant researchers, and algorithm developers; automating manual processes; and owning projects from scoping and design through deployment and maintenance. Candidates need at least three years of trading-environment experience, a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and full-stack software engineering skills. The position is based in Chicago and offers a base salary of 125,000–175,000 USD per year, along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
