Description

GDIT is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will perform activities related to Full Stack Development in a sponsor's cloud environment, completing all steps in the product-design process from conceptualization to implementation and usability review. They will develop innovative user-interface designs, conduct product usability tests, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Required Previous Experiences: Professional experience in the development, customization, and use of applications for intelligence analysis.
Experience with backend technology stacks based on Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS services like SQS.
Experience in front-end web development, particularly with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web standards, typography and color, and web usability standards.
Experience using Git for version control and issue tracking.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Full Stack Development in a sponsor's cloud environment.
Professional experience using containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes for developing and deploying containerized applications and microservices.
Familiarity with the sponsor's data environment.
Experience working in a sponsor's analytic mission area, specifically involving research on analyst user needs.
Experience organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
