MaintainX is hiring Full-Stack Developers for its product and platform teams, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end feature delivery, roadmap partnership, system ownership, code review, mentoring, and delivery-quality practices. The role uses TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL, with some teams using C# or Python, and includes on-call rotation. Candidates need at least four years of professional full-stack experience, strong hands-on experience with the core stack, mobile-first development experience, maintainable and testable code, strong communication, and comfort using AI tools in development. The role has no minimum in-office mandate but prefers teams located around Montreal or Toronto, Canada.
