Description
ODAIA is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build and ship AI-powered commercial intelligence features for life sciences. The role owns product capabilities end-to-end, develops React and TypeScript user experiences, designs APIs and backend services, integrates data and machine learning systems, and uses AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and other data technologies. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, strong frontend and backend engineering skills, distributed systems knowledge, and experience with coding AI agents. It is remote-first with employees across Canada and the United States, offers medical and dental enrollment, stock options, and flexible time off, and has an anticipated base salary of $90,000–$120,000 CAD.
