The role covers feature development across the front end and back end, architecture decisions, code reviews, production deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least three years of web application development experience, a relevant degree or training, strong React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java, SQL, and Tailwind knowledge, AWS experience, and comfort with AI tools. The position offers flexible scheduling and the option to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid arrangement in Montreal or Quebec City.
