Southern Cross Austereo is hiring a Full Stack Developer for its Sydney Technology Integration & Automation team on a 12-month contract. The role designs, builds, and ships full-stack applications and AI agent systems, including greenfield products, enterprise integrations, Azure-hosted services, APIs, webhooks, authentication, observability, and guardrails. It also involves AI-assisted development, code review, and coaching non-technical builders. Candidates need at least two years of full-stack development experience, strong TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM-based agentic systems and enterprise integrations.
