Description
TESO Group is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to maintain and extend its in-house systems, including TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, and TESO Tools, while building new systems such as a product tax management system, automated KPI dashboards, a ticketing system, and HRIS modules. The role owns production stability, release quality, technical debt, testing, documentation, and on-call operations, and uses AI coding tools to accelerate development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above, at least three years of full-stack development experience, and proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Next.js/React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, AWS, and AI-assisted development. The position is full-time and on-site, with annual compensation of $110,000–$140,000 plus a quarterly performance bonus and benefits including health insurance.
