Thoughtworks is hiring a Software Developer to collaborate with business, quality, design, and project teams to design and deliver software solutions for clients. The role involves writing clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns; applying continuous delivery and DevOps practices; building features and prototypes; and integrating AI-assisted tools. Candidates need at least four years of experience, full-stack development experience with Node.js and object-oriented programming, familiarity with Agile, Lean, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a bonus. The role requires a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and is marked hybrid.
