Theta, a New Zealand-owned technology consultancy, is urgently hiring highly experienced Full Stack Developers to lead customer projects and work as Technical Leads on web applications, primarily using the Microsoft stack. The role involves customer and stakeholder communication, team leadership, modern web and API development, Azure cloud solutions, CI/CD automation, AI-assisted development tools, and Agile ways of working. The position is based in Auckland with hybrid and some remote flexibility for permanent staff, and applicants must already reside in Auckland with relevant visas and be able to start immediately.
