Capital One is hiring a Full-stack Engineer 4 (Manager, IC) to lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers, drive regulatory and cloud-based solutions, provide technical leadership across Agile teams, and influence technology strategy. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant quantitative field, at least four years of software engineering experience, and at least two years of experience with public cloud platforms or related technologies. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience with programming languages, databases, open source, APIs, CI/CD, observability, and engineering leadership. The position is available in New York and Wilmington, with annual base salaries of $215,200–$245,600 in New York and $179,400–$204,700 in Wilmington, plus potential performance-based incentives.
