Capital One is hiring a Full Stack Engineer 4 to architect and build enterprise-scale LLM-driven and autonomous agentic AI systems for People Tech, including HR, legal, brand, and global workplace services. The role leads diverse technology projects and developer teams, partners with security and governance teams, and provides technical leadership across Agile teams using Java, Python, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, cloud platforms, databases, container orchestration, and AWS.
