Description
IFS is hiring a Software Engineer to work directly with customers on its PSO enterprise scheduling and optimization platform. The role involves translating real-world scheduling and planning problems into optimization models, configuring and debugging the .NET 10/C# backend and Angular frontend, building customer solutions under tight deadlines, and feeding field learnings back to product and engineering teams. The position requires hands-on experience with production AI applications, optimization techniques, constraint programming, mathematical or linear programming, and customer-facing software development, with hybrid work opportunities.
